Seth Gillahan: I love that idea of treating our sleep as a sacred activity. At the same time, maybe consecrating is the word sort of consecrating our evenings to this period of rest and non-doing. Dr. Jennifer Reed: Realizing that in general, we're looking at the overarching role that sleep can have in our lives. But not over making it overly precious where, you know, if I don't get my seven or eight hours of sleep, then it's going to be a disaster.
