A woman went to the Washington Post claiming she had a story about Roy Moore, a Republican Senate candidate in Alabama. She said that he impregnated her as a teenager and effectively wanted the Washington Post to publish her story. However, while Roy Moore did have a lengthy list of accusations against him for pursuing teenagers when he was in his 30s, the Washington Post still tried to confirm the story. This is a bit fucked because, one, Veritas is making an absolute mockery of sexual abuse claims if this is true.
