The Right to Change a Warranty

A man is suing Bass Pro Shop, claiming they no longer have a lifetime warranty on his socks. CNN's John Sutter says the best he can hope for in this case is one more pair of socks. But if the product itself is not being manufactured anymore, that was the end of the Lifetime Warranty. "I'm dying to see what the federal judge does," said Sutter.
