Is There a Time Blocking in a Calendar?
A mentor who does these calendar audits in a coach years ago got me very focused on this concept of time blocking. Here's my quiet thinking delivery time because look, if I let everyone in the meetings all day, how do I deliver a presentation? You have to have time to produce. And last, it's such an urgent priority that it meets one of those levels. That is the exact opposite of how most people live.
