I definitely see people um you know the spike the secondary spike of is this even OCD that's really catch people out yeah. I've even had examples where people who have synesthesia which is when you have your kind of sensors can merge a bit so you can sort of you can see you can feel what you see or you can hear what you can touch. Some people have this and some people have obsession blending with spatial sense like a and sort of so yeah it can show up very uniquely and very differently from person to person these are the onesyou know that I see so often so I wanted to list those but it's really it can be anything where you distrust your senses as well
