Can We Just Change the Laws?

I think that a lot of injustice occurs not just through laws and policies but through our in our daily interactions. It's not always the case that people who engage in racist practices themselves have bad or problematic or racist beliefs. They may be just doing their best. This may be just the way they get along in the world. And if you present to them the idea that they have a racist belief they don't think that they're racist at all.
