What's the Difference Between Ownership and Utility?
Marcus: I think there's sort of a difference between like ownership versus utility is like let's say federally owned parks in theory the federal government owns it but anybody can walk in and use it. Another thought you know was that you're you're kind of tripartite thing there I might summarize it as policies process and payments just to have it as an alliterative thing. He says he thinks company building is a supplied philosophy so founders actually like all this stuff, even if they don't start out being engineers. Marcus believes history gives enough information on what large groups of humans actually do for us to be able to make good decisions about how we run companies.
