Is There a Divine Law Giver?

Paul says that God has revealed the truth about himself, not just to us, but in us. The very fact that I have moral feelings suggests the presence of a divine law giver. There's something in our hearts that tells us that we're more than just accidental biology. It takes a compelling reason to not want to believe the evidence.
