I have a certainly people i rely on to call my babies or decisions, or whatever the facet of my life might be under scrutiny ugly when necessary. I want them to really spot any weaknesses or glaring omissions or blind spots that they see with a bit more distance. So can't have cheer leaders as editors, a at least proof readers. When i'm writing a book or working on a podcast season yed, i'll have a meeting of mymy challenge network of students. That's usually once every two weeks. And e there's a pretty regular cadence, sort of, in the process of producing episodes.
