People from below demand more detail. And sometimes people from above say, ok, so we're going to have to spell out in painful detail exactly what we want you to do. This is this also where your advice is then based on. Bcause i think at the end you mentioned i avoid adding more detail. Instead, provide more clarity. Ynd, let go of control. That's not strategic thinking. That's copping out. The key is making choices. People are very reluctant to make choices. What they like to do is to have a shopping list,. A strategy shopping wey you do this and that and that. More growth and more margin and better service and happy employees
