Why Your Design Team Should Hire a Writer

I'm lobbying to have emojis as part of customer service chat. I know there's a lot of kickback from the organization themselves because, for example, banks are not allowed to use emojis. There are so many issues with emojis that can go wrong. So it's better if you allow other people to initiate with em emoji than you can continue.
