Vaccaria: A Player That's Left Spurs Have Got a Water Title

Tottenham have signed Napoli keeper Hugo Vaccaria from Inter Milan. The Italian side were expected to sell an honor this summer. Spurs are the ones who really needed a keeper right now, getting a bargain price. It also leaves you more money for other transfers. So definitely not going to turn my nose up at this. But I understand why people will see it as a they didn't just go for the most expensive ready made one.
