Hypertrophy Modifications for the Posterior Chain

For someone with relatively long limbs, i don't really think you need any hypertrophy modifications. A lot of tall peoplean as people with disproportionately long limbs, do tend to do better with the sumo dead lift. There is absolutely no shame in training your deadlift through a shorter range ofmotion or if it's a little bit more comfortable to get down to the bar with forward knee travel. It is also perfectly fine to do trap art at lifts.
