It was chaos. And that's quite a strong word to use, not strong enuh ha. I mean, chaos, it was pretty bad. The warning shot i had was from harvey posslwit. He said to me, you know, they're not going to let you do what you want to do. If you want to win championships, we have to change the way we work. They on behalf of ferrari wanted us to be more like mc claren. It was very much a team effer t was almost family like, you know. We need to develop this team culture and work together and pull in the same direction.
