i was fortunate in that steve carr and i developed a friendship as i sort of went along reporting the story. He knew everything about this case. He had given this case a years of his life. And so he was really the antithesis of brian regan. Prior to leading the brian regans investigation, stev carr was pretty much a poster boy fbi agent,. patriotic with an immense sense of duty, clous and praying for a chance to lead a high stakes mission.
