The Aggravating Factors in Pennock's Sentence
Jimmy pennock was 25 at the time, and he ended up getting 60 years in prison. He plead guilty to avoid trial and possibly the death penalty. In august of 19 91, he murdered a man in fulton county, iaho also cutting his throat with a knife. The court found that infliction of grave jury and pain over an extended period of time is sufficient to support an aggravating factor.
