The Efficiency Ratio of a Traditional Bank
Mortgage banking last quarter their efficiency ratio was 108 percent so in other words yeah so losing money even if you weren't charging interest. SBA lending's 97.5 percent and by the way both of those are huge improvements over the previous quarter. The reason for doing this is because of how large the losses are coming in from these SBA and mortgage stuff but SBA mortgage stuff would run very hot and cold.
