Culture is really crafted and it's top-down. early employee joining a company that is just with founders new the first 10 15 do you have any tips or advice for operators who might be joining a company that are sub 20 people? i would say it's an ownership mentality like you are hopefully literally an owner in terms of having ESOC or employee shares. Lack of transparency is a big one egos and an unwillingness to acknowledge what we don't know, not being empathetic enoughnot holding high standards for people.
