There really isn't much of a connection between the two. We just observe and allow them to sort of come and go as thought normal naturally does it's when we hang on to them or try to change or block them or ignore them that we create tension. Almost the powers is gone. There's no charge we don't add any charge to that so it would become the observer not the owner of our thoughts, he says.
