How Do You Understand Growth for Your Business?
Growth is an option. It is a choice, right? And what I mean by that is, even point in time, you know, sit down in a business and go, the conversation doesn't start with how do we grow, right? Growth is not an obligation. It's a responsibility. Yeah. So to kind of add some more context or flavor to that, if you're a business at any given point in time,. You should all of your decisions, in my opinion, every decision should come back to your strategy always. Almost no startups have strategies; but can you just explain what strategy is?
