Detection of Small Subpopulations of Tumors Using Ih C
Flosytometry is a much more powerful platform for quanifying large, large groups of cells. With he caviup, the cells have to be alive and they have to be in solution. But with ih c you can get really nice anatomic information about a tissue sample that you've acquired. It's just whatever you happen to get in that layer in your thin section.
