Chad, your success stories at this point after seven or eight years of this must be voluminous. Yeah, they're what drives me every day. You know, we had a young lady that came through our program named Maya. She's now a medical assistant in the gastrointestinal unit at Children's Hospital of Dallas. Evelyn was made fun of a lot because she didn't know English well and would misspeak sometimes. And interestingly enough, Evelyn is now a concierge at Children’s Hospital who has been given an award for Value Driven Employee of the Month.
