LZ Granderson: I wonder if there isn't a sense in which this anxiety because of the hedging, creates a sense that we're always going to be a disappointment. LZ: It's like our desire for physical like grounded interaction is is sapped. As long as I got like a book and a place I can sit down, I have very rarely felt like I didn't belong somewhere,. Right? Which is a very sort of privileged position to be in to feel like I can just walk through a neighborhood and feel like cool - you know what I'm talking about.
