How to Contribute to the Compiler?

I think you really need to spend some time actually with the compiler and the core library and actually the whole setup to really contribute. Are there any like auto waste that someone can actually get in? And then just what would be the way if someone wants to contribute? What would be the smallest changes that we can do and start? And are there any issues that someone can tackle? Yeah. Well, I think all of this is adding up.
