11D's Sustainable Monetization Strategy
11D has had an Open Collective for a very long time and that was prompted by a conversation with Rob Dodson who used to have worked at Google. So, like, one of Google's big web development properties runs on 11D right now. And he was suggested very strongly that I should start an Open Collective to help with that sustainability story. The way that I'm using the Open Collective right now is I don't feel like the best way, especially given the new arrangement with Netlify.
