In Lambert Eaton, I've never seen a case of presynaptic neuromuscular junction disorder. If we saw absent reflexes here, especially if we have some previous exams saying they were there before, that would push us much more towards neuropathy. One test we do is if the patient has full strength in their deltoid, for example, on either side,. Then you say, okay, put this one down and 50 chicken wing exercises here. And you count with them and you get pretty tired and then say, let's go again. Yeah, how would you check for fatigueability? Do you have some ways of doing that?
