Nuclear Reactors - Why Is It So Expensive?
The effects of radiation are so greatly exaggeratedth the real crime is that, now, the regulation on nuclear radiation must be designed to make it as low as reasonably possible. No other energy source has such a constraint. The safety record, even with these old reactors, is better than any other energy source. And i say, with modern reactors, i would be surprised if it happened once in 500 years.
