The Short Overhang in the XDI Sector
The lack of predictability around some of the M&A targets that have been taken out over the last two to three years. So it feels much more like a market where you'll find the higher quality companies that are dislocated in value not necessarily being you know bearing kind of punitive terms. The size of offering required to get financing done is where we've seen in our processes really people digging in quite a bit do I think there's only so many percentage points below cash value one can pay arguably speaking.
