There was a lot of bitterness in the room today, that last day of negotiations. I agree with your skepticism and the article, but I don't think they're going to come back pretty quickly. My guess has always been mid-September. People will let this linger through July and August and then go after Labor Day. They'll come back and they'll say, okay, now let's make a deal.
