The Importance of Friendship and Love

I think that reading Proust at an advanced age is maybe the right way to do it. You know, I've tried myself and I've made it through Swan's way, but I've never made it further than that yet. The book in a way covers a lifetime. When you get to a certain age, you have your whole life rolling around in your pocket. So yeah, I think it's most appropriate, quite possibly when you're older.
