People can still get superdistressed unless they learn two things. One is to relentlessly prior tis and too, to be comfortable within completions. The second step is that there isn't anybody in any interesting job who an complete everything they could have possibly done that day. And the most important micro step in learning to live within completion is declaring an arbitrary end to your day.
