There are three ways in t epersut, state us. The dominance, which is aggression, threat, bullying. There's virtue, which is the moral behavior, but also enforcement of moral behaviour. And their success is competence - there being good a stuff e's another way of being of valuean to ther people. So it's perfectly possible to be a prison guard and identify as somebody who pursues rehabilitation peaceful measures. But if you're more likely to measure your states with parsh punishment and physical aggression then that could cause problems.
