Reminding Yourself of Affirmations

When something not significant gets ripped away from our life, it is really easy to slip into a dark place. So i do think it's important to remind yourself of certain affirmations that will give you a glimpse of hope. Even if you don't believe them, that's ok, just continuing to remind yourself. All those things were things that were said to me by other people that always made me feel so comforted and so safe. The feelings did pass. I at this point, i am so grateful that that break up happened. Very soon it was ok. And it totally was a blessing in disguise in so many different ways.
