The Importance of Negotiating With Men
Women are encouraged to be a work as hard as men that becomes the problem. Research shows that actually the women who make CEO level unless the man's at that same place with her and even sometimes if it is will end up in the arms of someone else for very much that same reason. I mean you had a very finite period of time with that went on but if that's a permanent thing that goes on for years that relationship is not going to go anywhere fast.
