And fortunately our patients have always kind of turned around by that 48 hour mark and we haven't had to go ahead with plasma for recess. But I'd say it is something where you wanted to involve your consultants early to say, hey, I have this really sick patient and they may very well end up needing plasma for recess or a thyroidectomy.
