Can you say more about the difference between the non-medicated sleep state versus one that's induced through some type of sobriific medication? Jenna: Alcohol can actually make it more difficult to reach that deep restorative sleep. The benzodiazepines like Klonopin in particular work pretty similarly to alcohol.
