Leveling the Playing Field for Advanced ACOs
There are tools that are available in MA and capitated models like direct contracting that aren't available in the ACO program. So why not have a 100% model with a discount? Why not be able to partially capitate the payments on the Medicare-Show-Seevents program side? And so I can have affiliates that agreed it. Those are all things that, you know, you can do as ways of getting more influence on cost of care for MSSPs. But let's level the playing field, in my view.
