Quakerism and Breathwork

i grew up going to a quaker school here ind cee. And, you know, quakers don't do dogma. They believe that everyone has their own direct relationship with god. Thee the nature of it is is deepening the mystical experience across tradition. I think quakerism is really under investigated and i think the quaker tradition is wildly valuable in my kind of hologibic breathwork tradition.
