How Can I Help Great Teachers Set and Deliver Feedback?

Even great teachers don't often make great coaches just off the bat. The targets were not granular, there was no rehearsal and feedback conversations tended to be just a load of talking. I had absolutely no data at all on how well the coaching was going or whether it was being completed.
