Marketing is a creative non conformist world. A lot of marketing leaders prepare very rarely like almost never elite schools marked our marketing people right totally if you get CEO CMOs VPs. You have to bring people along for the sort of decision making the journey because a lot of times your decisions are wrong, and be because no one wants to just be told what to do. And that's something I think I'm better at now and could always get even better at but it has been a really valuable lesson.
