How to Prioritize Ideas for Success

The idea with your criteria is really to have a spectrum of areas that we're trying to cover and it goes back to that portfolio idea. So what we find when we assess ideas is that they will often score quite well with some of the criteria but poorly with others. Not all ideas will score well in all categories, right? Absolutely. You can always, you can even go as far as having different weightings to the people that are providing the scores as well.
