Is This a Rival to Withtam or a Competitor to Avianc?

i've got to wonder what this means for houston. And i say that because avianc is a member of star. If they bring all these other carriers into the star alliance, that certainly is going to unite its position in houston as the latin american gateways. They have a really strong network on top of avianca to feed traffic to and from. A year ago, we were talking about delta swiping latam from American ah. But this could be a pretty powerful network of its own, like you said, rival withtam.
