The original sin is that they were stolen materials and people that did the artwork that trained it. It was not compensated. And this is why on like last year's podcast, we talked about this idea of copyright as a just copyright as an idea. In my estimation, I'm not saying this is a good thing. If your work is profound enough that it is influencing a like large language model, then my assumption is in 90% of cases, you can monetize that work
