"I feel like I have a similar philosophy that, you know, we're going to be gone, but the people that we leave behind are gonna continue," he says. "So it's kind of like, what am I doing to invest in them that are going to set them up for success or how am I helping them learn more about themselves?" He adds: "What I'm doing right now is the most important thing I do."
