How to Automate a Drive-Through for McDonald's
Starting in June, Wendy's will automate its drive to service at least at one location. The chatbot is powered by Google and trained to understand what people say when they order. Tom Foreman: It'll sound like a person and you'll never know it's a chatbot. He says the goal is to make ordering easier and faster.
