The Physical Demands of the Indi 500
The indi 500 is a 500-mile race that takes place every year in India. It's an open wheel, so you canno sit in the middle between two radiators at work at a hundred, 20 degrees each. The car doesn't have a lot of space to hydrate because it's not refrigerated. "I lose between two to four pounds per race," says driver Ravi Agra.
