The constitution explicitly says that article two, section one, the seo paragraph, each state shall appoint a number of electors equal to the whole number of senators and representatives. This was understood by the states to mean that the legislatures would have the authority to make the determination on how they were selected. Very rarely in the const ution did the framers reach out and specify a branch within the states, but here it did. The legislature, not the governor, not a state court, not a board of election. The legislature decides. It's as clear as night and day. And it was clearly violated in the 20 20 election in one state after another,. purposely by democrats in the democrat
