Is a Summit Really the Best Way to Get Climate Action?
India burns massive amounts of coal and has the potential to be a bigger greenhouse gas contributor than many other countries, possibly even china. But india does not take this seriously in the way that china does for a couple of reasons. The rich world promised something on the tune of a hundred million dollars a year. Those ments need to be kept because they have so far not been kept. That's really what we need to see a clean energy revolution.
