The Obsession Switches Forms
The key patterns I see in my clients, the first one is the obsession switches forms. The images get intense or it switches to feelings. It's like the whole thing gets summarized into a feeling and you just get in this anxiety or doubt and shame comes up as a feeling. Another big one whichI think is sort of inevitable is analyzing the technique. We can start to say, is it an obsession or is it a compulsion and get really caught up on things like that.
