In many countries, there is a public health to go back to the health care and health insurance and health cost question. There's a public system and then a private system. In Europe, the public health systems can be great, can be as good a standard as you would expect in the United States. Even if you qualify for the public system, some people wouldn't want to use it because they might not feel comfortable waiting in lines.
